Revival Fitness uses a holistic, natural-movement approach to help you achieve your optimal health (beyond medication). While helping clients lose over 2000 lbs, we’ve helped them reduce joint pain and difficulty with everyday movements, improve endurance, and increase core strength and balance.
Essentially, our program heightens your awareness of your body and prepares you for any physical challenges.
Seniors usually meet with our trainers 2-3 sessions per week and receive specific nutritional (if desired) and exercise instruction beyond the sessions, including a 45 minute physical assessment and a rehabilitation routine from our MAT Specialist, Stephanie. We also coordinate programs with your other health professionals.
